HR Session Mandideep - Madhya Pradesh (November 2019)
Procure HR hosted the event for Industrial Belt Mandideep and the topic was “Managing the Human Resource – Perspectives & Challenges” in November at Hotel Shiv Villas, Mandideep.
Mr. Rajiv Agrawal president of the Mandideep Industrial association was the chief guest along with different industrialists
The event was hosted specially for MSMEs to make them understand the importance of HR in the present scenario. The topics discussed were-Compensation and Benefits, Employer-Employee Relations, Labour Law Compliance, maintaining a Safe Environment, Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, Training, and Development.
Mr. Amit Bhargava after discussion suggested the Companies get their Compliance Audit done, so that they can come to know about their gaps and how to fill them up. He also discussed the various government schemes for cost optimization.
